CO-FOUNDER
Jo Chung is the co-founder and Managing Director of Jovie Salon, a luxury hair salon with multiple locations within the Dallas metroplex. Jo brings 22 years of experience within the industry as a successful salon owner and has served as an advisor board member for the College of Business at University of North Texas and on the owner-advisory boards for Goldwell, Aveda, and Toni & Guy.
At Demeter Project, Jo led the “more than profit” investment holding company to create a holistic system of ethically driven small business enterprises and to create sustainable sources of alternative revenues for non-profit organizations. Jo also led the reorganization of two independent non-profit organizations to create a separate Shared Services entity serving client schools–the first entity of its type in the nation.
Matt Feetham is a sales executive with 15 years of proven performance, delivering sustainable sales growth ahead of the market and competition. Matt has a rich understanding of sub-segment marketing combined with the ability to foster deep relationships and valuable partnerships—the cornerstone of his success.
Adept at excelling in prestige skincare and haircare industries and known for his reliable reputation as well as service. With a proven ability to excel in sales and build substantial revenue and profits, Matt has been awarded “Best in Profit” and “Sales Executive of the Year” throughout his career.
Among his portfolio, Matt has contributed to the success of numerous luxury brands including Pierre Fabre-Rene Furterer, GM Collin, GM Medical, and Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare.
